This preserve uses Ispahan roses a rare kind of Damask rose. Handpicked at dawn to preserve their aroma before it gets compromised by the Mediterranean sun. This preserve boasts aromatic perfume and exquisite flavour. A floral delicacy made using ancestral Lebanese methods.
Pairs nicely with white cheese, as a cheescake topping, with Ricotta.

Ingredients: Rose Petals, Sugar, Water, fresh lemon juice, fruit pectin as gelling agent
